My friend has a $200 vibration plate and loves it. I was not about to spend that so after a lot of researching and review reading I bought this one. It sat in the box for about a week before I tried it and I wish I’d opened it right away. This thing is great! It is VERY quiet. I used it in the living room while everyone was watching tv and no one could tell. I can get on it first thing in the morning when everyone else is asleep and no one has a clue. It really relaxed my shoulders and neck, I can feel a definite difference after using it. I also have a cold/a lot of sinus congestion that it helped with. My friend gets a pillow and lays her chest across the vibration plate and “jiggles out the junk”. Just standing on it really loosened up my junk and helped me rid it.
It’s built very sturdy, does suction to the floor and my 230lb husband can use it with no problem. My favorite part is that it has a remote AND a control panel you can adjust it with. I’m just sure we will misplace the remote at some point so having the panel on the machine so we can still use it was key for me as some do not.
