    It's not often that I return a vine product, but in this case there were parts missing that rendered it uninstallable. Besides the missing parts, the "rough out" part that fits into the wall which everything connects to is plastic. I don't want a plastic thing in my wall that can easily break. I want something metal. The other thing is that the adapters they give you for the pipes must assume you have plastic pipes, but mine, and I would imagine most people's homes have copper pipes.

    I thought that it was odd that they didn't show all of the parts in the web page, but I think now that I know why. One of the other reviewers has posted some really nice pictures that show you what I mean about the plastic part (it's big and orange), and the problems with the connectors. It looks like they got all of the parts though, whereas I didn't.
