CON: It took almost a month for this rug to come! So if you need a rug fast, find something else. I did have to contact Amazon to have the package shipped out, but after contacting them I received it within a few days.PROS: The rug is SOOOO SOFT. It’s thin, but seems like it will hold up well. My dogs have ran and played on it all day and it’s been fine so far. I laid the rug out and just let it sit for a few hours and the wrinkles are already coming out, so that’s no big deal. I would say the colors of the rug aren’t as “washed” as they look in the product photos, but still a super pretty rug.Overall, I love it for my living room.

    We have had this item for about 3 months now. It looks nice, is very soft, and somewhat easy to do surface level cleans: we just took it to the laundromat to wash for the first time and followed the instructions. The washing machine in our home is large but not able to fit the 10x14 rug, so we need to go to the laundromat. Even with the large washer there, it was unable to get all of the water out of the rug. It was still soaking after spinning it for hours. The rubber backing is now coming off and it is completely ruined. Im so sad because I loved this rug. I wanted it to last more than a few months.
    I am trying to find the contact info for the seller to try to address this with them.
